1. Concentration of lithium sulfate
The raw materials are heated by the pre-heater and then enter the MVR evaporation system to evaporate the material water. With the evaporation, the concentration of the solution increases, and when it reaches the discharge concentration, it is transported to the subsequent treatment system.
In the MVR evaporation system of sodium sulfate, the material will be heated in the heat exchanger through the forced circulation pump to further improve the material temperature and gradually increase the material concentration. After reaching the supersaturation of sodium sulfate, sodium sulfate will be precipitated, which will be dehydrated by centrifugal separator to obtain sodium sulphate, and the centrifugal mother liquid will be sent to the subsequent freezing system.
After preheating, the lithium hydroxide solution from the previous freezing and denitrification sections enters the evaporation & crystallization system to evaporate and concentrate the material water. With the evaporation, the concentration of the solution increases, reaching the supersaturation, and then it will crystallize, and the salt will be separated by centrifugal separator.
