Seminar of Energy-Saving Technology in Edible Oil Production

In recent years, with increasingly fierce competition in edible oil processing industry and the more and more stringent national environmental protection policies, energy-saving and emission reduction have become core concerns of every edible oil processing enterprise. Therefore, based on the experience of over fourteen years in edible oil processing industry and experienced technical team, Myande hosted a seminar on the theme of "New Energy Saving Technology and Equipment in Edible Oil Production" in Fangchenggang City.

More than 40 representatives from 10 enterprises, including Huiyu Grain and Oil, Gangqing Oil, Maple Grain and Oil, Ausca Grain and Oil, Dahai Grain and Oil, Qinzhou COFCO, Qinzhou Dayang and Guangxi Bohai from Beibu Gulf region as well as Xiamen Zhonghe and Xiamen Yinxiang from South Fujian, participated in this highly professional event.

Mr. Rong Zhen, President of the Myande Group, extended a warm welcome to all the participants and representatives. He also thanked all the participating enterprises for their trust and support for Myande.

Mr. Liang Chunsong, the senior engineer of oils & fats process, gave a speech on the theme of new energy-saving technology. He made use of lots of calculation data and verification results about the energy analysis of oil plant, energy consumption trend, energy-saving design and equipment, project reference and many other aspects to summarize the characteristics of current energy saving technology and the innovation and improvement in this field. The guests have extensive exchange of ideas and shared experiences about the technology.

"Stable production, high-quality products, environmental protection, low cost and comfortable environment" is the basic demand of customers, and it is also the most concerned problem. Myande engineer, Mr. Zhou Erxiao, made a speech on "Myande refinery core technology". Under the premise of guaranteeing the stable production, he shared ideas on improving product quality, reducing production cost and reducing environmental pollution. He focused on new technology of environmental protection in the oil refinery plant.

The quality and performance of the equipment are important factors to determine the stability of the production line and the quality of the products. Mr.Xu Jing, head of R&D Center, talked about performance of the core equipment of preparation section and its actual use of the customer, such as Oilseed Flaker, Oilseed Cracker, Loop Chain Conveyor and Oilseed Conditioner, etc. He also focuses on how to improve the processing efficiency of the equipment, how to operate efficiently and how to maintain the equipment.

The silo discharging system has been successfully developed by Myande and used stably for nearly 2 years, which greatly reduces the equipment investment and improves service efficiency and other issues for customers. During the meeting, Mr. Xu shared his ideas about this silo discharging system.

Under the impact of the current environment of "industrial 4.0", factory managers are paying more attention to the enhancement of automation, intelligence and digitization of factories. Mr. Wu Guisong, head of automatic control department, gave a special report on how to build an intelligent factory. From the interests of the customers, the intelligent control and management of the whole factory can be realized to a great extent.

The seminar included a thematic discussion session. Representatives from all enterprises participated in the thematic discussion and put forward the key problems faced by edible oil mills, and discussed the solutions. This seminar is not only an exchange between different oil enterprises, but also a thematic meeting to promote the development of edible oil industry.
