How Our Nano-Cavitation Technology Boosts Refining Efficiency and Quality

In peanut oil refining, the alkali neutralization step is critical because both the amount of acid and alkali used and the reaction efficiency directly influence the yield and safety of the final product. Traditional methods rely on mechanical stirring or multi-effect and centrifugal mixers, which only achieve millimeter-level mixing precision. This can result in longer reaction times, overuse of chemicals, higher costs, and even oil loss or environmental impact.


To solve these challenges, we developed our nano-cavitation system, which uses hydraulic cavitation to improve mixing and reaction precision down to the nanometer level. This significantly enhances reaction kinetics and process efficiency. At the core of the system is a spherical thin-shell cavitation disc with a gradient pressure design. Through multi-stage cavitation, it enables automatic flow-path cleaning and adjustable intensity control. Compared with conventional equipment, this technology can reduce acid consumption by up to 60 percent and alkali usage by more than 20 percent.


When combined with our variable-temperature deodorization system, the process also helps minimize the formation of trans fatty acids, 3-MCPD esters, and glycidyl esters. This makes it possible to achieve virtually zero trans fats while preserving nutritional value, providing a strong technical foundation for producing safer, higher-quality peanut oil.


Beyond refining efficiency, we also bring intelligence into every stage of production. By integrating Siemens distributed control systems, SCADA platforms, and a range of digital applications including AI-based predictive maintenance, we enable fully connected and intelligent plant management. Key parameters such as deodorizer temperature and vacuum levels are monitored in real time, allowing the system to automatically fine-tune operating conditions to maintain consistent flavor and uniform quality.


Today, these technologies are already running on large-scale refining lines across global markets. They support flexible production of multiple oil types, including peanut oil, soybean oil, and sunflower oil, helping producers worldwide improve efficiency, enhance product quality, and future-proof their operations.
