In August 2023, Myande Group and Anhui Lianhe signed the contract for a 300TPD rice bran expansion & extraction and 100TPD rice bran oil refining facility. The two parties are committed to work together to construct a modern, intelligent factory.
Anhui Lianhe Co., Ltd. is a national key leading enterprise in agricultural industrialisation, a national high-tech enterprise, and one of the top 50 rice processing enterprises in China, with an annual processing capacity of 300,000 tonnes of rice.
The market potential for rice bran oil, a high-value edible oil, will steadily rise as the overall level of China's deep rice processing industry grows and people's awareness of the nutritional and health benefits of oil products increases. Processing rice bran not only makes beneficial use a lot of by-products from paddy processing, but also promotes the transformation of paddy into a value-added product.
Anhui Lianhe takes bran, by-product of existing rice processing lines, as raw material and builds a rice bran oil production line for the purpose of making the industrial chain more complete and mzximizing its economic benefits.The project consists of a 50TPD aromatic rapeseed oil production line, a 300TPD rice bran expansion and extraction line, a 100TPD third grade rice oil refining line and a 30TPD Grade 1 rice oil refining line. The construction of the project is based on the criteria of "high standard, strict requirements, modernisation and low pollution". After several rounds of discussions and detailed comparisons, the company finally chose to cooperate with Myande to support its new industrial landscape.
The core equipment incorporated in this production line is all independently developed and manufactured by Myande, which aims to ensure the quality of the products and the economic benefits of the production line, and to maximise customer interests: In addition, the production line has been designed with several core processes and energy saving measures to achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
1. Depending on the nature of the raw material, special crude oil purification technology is used to effectively remove impurities in the oil.
2. The pre-bleaching process effectively removes the residual phosphorus, soapstock, metal ions and other impurities from the oil, saving the dosage of fresh white clay.
3. The patented deacidification tower in the physical deacidification process efficiently removes high levels of free fatty acids from the oil.
4. Adopting the patented falling film type vacuum energy saver and falling-film final heater, which are well combined with the patented variable temperature deodorization process to ensure the best quality of finished refined oil and to meet the most stringent requirements for harmful substance control and nutrient retention.
5. The unique variable temperature deodorization process ensures optimum oil quality during the moderate refining process, while improving stripping steam utilisation and reducing direct steam consumption.
6. The two-stage collecting system can collect the deodorizer distillates with two kinds of VE concentrations by precise control of temperature and classification, so as to improve the economic utilization value.
7. Dewaxing and degreasing crystallization control system adopts special temperature curve to realize temperature gradient control and fine operation in crystallisation process, so as to ensure stable crystallisation effect. For different oils, special crystallisation temperature control menu is adopted.
8. Use of process water recycling technology, exhaust heat recovery technology, freezing condensation vacuum system and other process technologies to reduce water, steam and electricity consumption.
9. The entire production line adopts intelligent control to ensure smooth operation and stable product quality, while reducing labour intensity and labour costs.
