Henan Hanyong Phase II 1000T/D Wheat Flour Deep Processing Project Passed Acceptance Tests

Recently, Henan Hanyong Phase II 1000T/D wheat flour deep processing project, which was designed, supervised, and installed by Myande Group was successfully commissioned and passed acceptance tests with excellent indicators.

Henan Hanyong Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. was established in October 2020 as a grain deep processing enterprise. It produces wheat starch and gluten with wheat flour as raw materials. In 2021, it was included in the Henan Province Project. After nearly two years of construction, installation, and commissioning work by Myande, it has an annual production capacity of 360,000 tons of wheat starch and 100,000 tons of gluten powder, and has become a leader in the domestic wheat extension product processing industry and the global agricultural processing field, a large-scale production and processing base for wheat starch and gluten powder in Asia. The successful cooperation between Myande Group and Henan Hanyong will undoubtedly contribute to the development of the wheat starch deep processing industry.

Starch deep processing engineering and equipment supply is one of Myande's important business segments. In 2021, combining with Hanyong's own industrial advantages, after in-depth research, efficient communication and repeated demonstrations, Myande designed a complete production plan (as shown in the following figure) specially for the customer, and it can not only produce gluten and wheat starch, but also make better use of the mixed nutrient solution of process water and pentosan to produce alcohol, which will bring considerable economic benefits.

In 2022, Hanyong Phase I 500tpd wheat flour processing project, including a 3 tpd gluten drying system and a 12tpd starch drying system, was successfully commissioned. Myande’s strong integration capabilities, unique 3D design, professional process and advanced automation control system are highly recognized by Hanyong. In view of the pleasant cooperation in the 1st phase, Hanyong decided to cooperate with Myande again to expand its wheat starch deep processing output, and signed the 2nd phase project with Myande resolutely, namely 5t/d gluten drying system and 20t/h starch drying system. 

Through the joint efforts of Myande and Hanyong employees, another brand-new starch deep processing production line was successfully commissioned and started running smoothly, and all indicators were superior to the technical level of the same industry.
