Completion of BOHI 6,000TPD Soybean Crushing Plant

Recently, Qingdao Bohi Dongjiakou 6,000tpd soybean crushing line undertaken by Myande Group was successfully accepted with excellent indicators. In terms of capacity, this is the largest single production line in operation in China. At the same time, compared with similar facilities, this new crushing line boasts marked improvement in product stability, energy conservation & environmental protection, and intelligent production, etc. 

Qingdao Bohi Dongjiakou Grain and Oil Industry Co., Ltd. is located in Dongjiakou Port, Qingdao West Coast New Area owned and operated by Shandong Bohai Industry Group. Starting from an edible oil refining plant, Bohi Industry has gradually formed two industrial chains: grain & oil processing and cellulose fibre production. Since 2009, Bohi Industry has been operating soybean crushing lines in Boxing, Qingdao Port, Beihai and Zhanjiang respectively.

After the launch of this new 6,000tpd soybean crushing line, Bohi Industrial's grain & oil processing capacity reached 10 million tonnes per year, ranking the third in China in terms of grain and oil processing.

Technological innovation
The core equipment incorporated in this new crushing line, including cracker, flaker, E-type extractor, DTDC, etc., are Myande products with independent intellectual property rights. In particular, the control system of the flaker is integrated with the control system of the preparation plant, which makes the operation more convenient and the technical indicators more controllable; also, according to the feedback from users, under the premise of the same quality and output, the power consumption per ton of Myande flaker is at the international leading level. Technological innovation ensures good product quality, low energy consumption and stable operation of the equipment during the whole project implementation.

Energy conservation
Oriented toward the goal of "Carbon Neutrality", the plant adopts numerous latest energy-saving technologies, negative pressure drainage technology of E-type extractor, and DC hot air heat recovery technology to ensure the lowest energy consumption index and enhance the competitiveness of the company's operation.

In the preliminary communication stage, Myande's technical team consistently focused on the customer's needs and values, gave full consideration to the weak points of Bohi's old soybean production lines and the current industry development trend, and presented an optimal project design. Utilizing a three-dimensional design that simulates the workshop production and maintenance routes in advance, Bohi's production staff can quickly become familiar with the operations.
