Annually 20,000 Tons Fermented Feed Production Line

Recently, Huai'an New Hope Feed Co., Ltd. and Myande Group signed a contract by which Myande will supply a complete fermented feed production line with annual capacity of 20,000 tons.

The company owns first-class feed production line in China with an annual production capacity of 300,000 tons. Its feed products are distributed to Jiangsu, Anhui, Shandong and other regions, which has won the trust of users and accumulated a good reputation. In 2016, to break through the bottleneck of meagre profits and homogeneity in the feed processing industry and meet new market demand for "antibiotic-free" feeds, the demand for production of fermented feed has been put forward by Huai’an New Hope. Coincidentally, Myande fermentation and drying equipment featured with "Safe, Energy-efficient, Intelligent" meets the demand of Huai’an New Hope.

In consideration of the actual conditions of Huai’an New Hope, Myande added many new technical features in fermentation feed process, including pre-grinding of raw material, wet feed packaging, automatic fermentation process, exhaust drying process and diversification of product forms.
