Cracker

Flaker

Myande MZPG range flakers adopt are designed as heavy-duty equipment. The highly accurate machine base, machined by the pentahedral machining center, provides a basic guarantee for minimized vibration, as can be uniquely illustrated by a coin standing on the flaker in normal running state. Myande MZPG flakers use rolls and other core components original from Europe. This feature guarantees stable operation and excellent flaking performance.

Myande patented material blocking device at both roll ends are adjusted automatically in four directions as the rolls wear out so that material leakage at roll ends are effectively eliminated. Automatic hydraulic tensioning transmission mechanism gives the flakers maximum transmission efficiency. Currently, over 200 units of Myande MZPG flakers are running in Chinese and overseas soybean crushing plants, among which over 100 units are running in large scales crushing plants with the capacity of or over 5,000 tons per day.

Loop Chain Conveyor
