3,000TPD Corn Starch Production Line Completed

Recently, the commission of the Automation System supplied for 3,000 TPD corn starch production line of Qiqihar customer completed successfully. On September 15th, the system was handed over to the user and started continuous production. Because of its high automation level and efficiency, the process parameters of its products reach the standard in a short time. Among them, the protein content in starch milk protein is less than that of glucoamylase, the DE value of glucose is greater than 98, and the transmittance is greater than 97%.

Qiqihar customer is the world's largest producer of sodium glutamate (monosodium glutamate), amino acids and xanthan gum. This project is a key construction project in Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province. It processes 3 million tons of corn annually. With 60,000 employees, it is expected to achieve sales revenue of RMB 10 billion.
