Myande New Technologies and Equipment Recognized as World-Leading

On March 20, 2025, the Chinese Cereals and Oils Association convened an expert evaluation panel in Yangzhou to assess three major technological innovation results achieved by Myande Group Co., Ltd. Chaired by Mr. Lu Jingbo, President of the Chinese Cereals and Oils Association, The evaluation meeting was attended by about ten leading experts from China’s grain and oil industry.


During the evaluation session, the panel reviewed technical documentation, engaged in in-depth discussions, and comprehensively assessed the technological innovation, technical and economic indicators, complexity, socio-economic benefits, and overall advancement of the three achievements. The experts unanimously concluded that the "Nano Cavitation Technology" and "'Double Zero' & 'Double Low' Vegetable Oil Deodorization Technology and Equipment" are world-leading, while the "DTDC Heat Recovery System" has reached internationally advanced standards.


Achievement 1: Nano Cavitation Technology

(1) Energy Efficiency & Quality Enhancement
As the first application of nano-cavitation technology in acid-assisted oil refining, this system allows flexible switching between acid and alkali refining based on different crude oil types and qualities, optimizing refining results. It offers significant advantages over conventional processes by reducing acid/alkali consumption, increasing oil yield, and effectively removing harmful substances such as zearalenone, aflatoxins, and other trace contaminants.


(2) Independent Innovation & Broad Prospects
With 10 patents (including 3 invention patents), this innovation fills a domestic technological gap and replaces imported systems. Having been successfully applied in multiple refineries, it demonstrates mature technology, stable performance, notable economic benefits, and strong market potential.


Achievement 2: Vegetable Oil Deodorization Technology and Equipment
(1) Moderate Processing & Quality Improvement
This innovative deodorization technology significantly reduces both processing temperature and time, with heat recovery efficiency exceeding 80%. It eliminates steam consumption in the vacuum system, resulting in outstanding energy savings. The final oil product consistently exhibits superior quality with significantly reduced levels of trans fatty acids (TFA), glycidyl esters (GEs), and 3-monochloropropanediol esters (3-MCPDE)—all below the strictest EU regulatory thresholds.


(2) Independent Innovation & Proven Application
Protected by 10 patents (including 4 invention patents), the technology has been successfully implemented in dozens of large-scale oil processing enterprises globally. It ensures trans fatty acid (TFA) content remains consistently below 0.3%, reflecting stable operation and reliable performance.


Achievement 3: DTDC Heat Recovery System
(1) Technological Innovation & Energy Savings
This system features a newly designed vacuum evaporator integrated with mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) technology for efficient heat recovery from the DTDC process. By increasing the temperature differential between the shell and tube sides, it achieves significant thermal efficiency gains, reducing steam consumption by 15–20 kg per ton of processed soybeans.


(2) Independent Innovation & Stable Operation
With 4 patented technologies, the system has been successfully deployed in multiple large-scale oil processing plants worldwide, delivering reliable performance and high energy efficiency.
