On 31st December 2023, in the midst of New Year Eve merriment, Ausca and Myande held the signing ceremony for a new 3,000 TPD soybean/rapeseed crushing plant (Phase II). The signing of this contract marks the beginning of a new chapter of cooperation between the two companies.
Since the launch of the 2,000TPD soybean/rapeseed crushing plant in Fangchenggang in 2013, Myande and Ausca have cooperated in various fields, including soybean and rapeseed crushing and oil refining. Notably, the 3,000TPD soybean/rapeseed crushing plant (Phase I) in Hainan, which was contracted for on September 20, 2020, set a record for construction speed in oil & fats projects through the joint efforts of both parties. Throughout this collaborative journey, both parties have worked diligently together to overcome numerous challenges and difficulties. Whenever faced with obstacles, Zhang Hui, Chairman of Ausca, has consistently provided goal-oriented guidance and encouraged the teams from both sides. The trust of Ausca's decision-makers has served as a driving force for Myande's technical, R&D, and engineering teams to create world-class projects and strive for innovation.
The Ausca 3,000TPD soybean/rapeseed crushing plant (Phase I) has become a model in the Yangpu Development Zone and has been praised worldwide in the oils and fats industry for its remarkable speed, attractive architecture, advanced technology and high level of automation.
Both parties attach great importance to the construction of the crushing plant (Phase II). Founder of Hainan Ausca International Grain and Oil Co., Ltd., Ms. Zhang Hui, Mr. Zhang Ming, General Manager Mr. Wei Lai, and Deputy General Manager Mr. Jiao Shanhai, visited Myande to hold in-depth discussions on the Hainan Ausca 3,000TPD soybean/rapeseed crushing plant (Phase II). They reviewed in detail the project's scale, overall plan, technology, and progress.
Based on the Phase I project, Myande has implemented numerous process optimizations and incorporated patented innovative technologies. In the oil extraction workshop, energy-efficient evaporation technology and high-efficiency heat exchange technology have been innovatively applied, resulting in a 20% reduction in steam consumption. In the refining workshop, nano-cavitation technology has been used, reducing acid addition by 60% and alkali addition by over 20% in actual production, thereby enhancing the yield and quality of the finished oil. These improvements ensure that the Phase II project will further enhance product quality, energy efficiency, and automation, making it another world-leading intelligent factory.
The sincere cooperation between both parties has ignited the spark of wisdom, inspiring further innovation and creation. We believe that in the year 2024, a modernized oil and fat production line will proudly stand at the Ausca Grain and Oil Base in the Yangpu Free Trade Zone.
