As a pioneer in China’s energy-efficient evaporation sector, Myande Group Co., Ltd. (“Myande”) has established itself as an industry benchmark in industry wastewater treatment. Backed by independently developed core technologies, extensive engineering expertise, and a comprehensive end-to-end service system, Myande delivers highly reliable and efficient evaporation solutions. Beyond meeting strict environmental compliance requirements, Myande’s systems emphasize resource recovery and value creation, helping enterprises reduce waste, optimize water reuse, and accelerate their transition toward sustainable and green operations.

Myande holds multiple patented technologies in evaporation concentration and crystallization-based salt separation, enabling effective treatment of complex, high-salinity wastewater. Its technology portfolio spans a wide range of proven processes, including multiple effect evaporation, MVR (Mechanical Vapor Recompression), low-temperature flash evaporation, and continuous cooling crystallization.
By flexibly combining these processes based on specific water quality characteristics and treatment objectives, Myande delivers high-efficiency, energy-saving solutions while maximizing resource recovery—transforming wastewater treatment from a compliance requirement into a value-generating process.
1. Salt Separation Solution for Ammonium Sulfate Wastewater
For wastewater streams containing ammonium sulfate and sulfuric components, Myande has developed a three-effect evaporation concentration and salt separation system. By integrating multi-effect circulation, forced evaporation, and controlled crystallization separation, the system achieves efficient separation of ammonium sulfate from mixed salts, significantly improving product purity and overall output efficiency.
The solution features a coordinated design combining material circulation pipelines with forced circulation evaporators, effectively reducing energy consumption. In addition, a mother liquor drying unit is incorporated to further recover valuable resources, supporting both waste minimization and sustainable utilization.
2. MVR and Multi-Effect Evaporation Technologies
At the 2024 IE expo China, Myande showcased its MVR evaporation and crystallization system, which utilizes Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR) technology to recover thermal energy from secondary steam. Compared with conventional evaporators, the system achieves energy savings of over 60%, significantly reducing operating costs.
Myande’s multi-effect evaporation technology adopts a multi-stage series configuration, where the vapor generated in the upstream effect is reused as the heat source for downstream effects. This cascading use of energy substantially lowers overall energy consumption, making the solution particularly suitable for high-salinity wastewater treatment in industries such as chemicals and pharmaceuticals.
3. Cooling Crystallization and Selective Salt Separation Process
For mixed salt systems—such as wastewater containing sodium sulfate and sodium chloride—Myande applies advanced cooling crystallization and selective salt separation technologies. Based on ternary phase diagram analysis and precise application of the lever rule, the evaporation and crystallization process is carefully controlled to determine the exact sequence of salt precipitation.
As a result, the separated salts achieve purity levels that meet national standards for by-product salts, enabling direct resource recovery and reuse. This technology has been successfully deployed in industries including lithium battery manufacturing and chlor-alkali production, where it significantly reduces hazardous waste volumes while delivering measurable economic value.
Myande’s wastewater evaporation systems are widely deployed across more than ten industries, including chemicals, lithium battery manufacturing, metallurgy, and pharmaceuticals. Through years of project execution and technical refinement, Myande has established long-term partnerships with numerous leading enterprises, delivering reliable solutions tailored to diverse industrial scenarios and complex wastewater challenges.
First, in the chemical and pesticide industries, Myande supports enterprises in treating high-salinity wastewater containing ammonium sulfate, sodium chloride, and other salts, enabling both efficient salt recovery and near-zero wastewater discharge.
Second, in the lithium and new energy sectors, Myande applies its evaporation and crystallization technologies to extract lithium from ores, salt lakes, and recycled power batteries, serving leading companies such as Yongxing Materials and Gotion High-Tech.
In addition, Myande delivers significant benefits to the food and fermentation industries. For example, its rice syrup evaporation and concentration cooling systems leverage multi-effect evaporation combined with rotor pump designs, reducing energy consumption while improving the quality and consistency of syrup products.
Notably, Myande holds over 600 patents worldwide, with more than 80 patents specifically related to wastewater treatment. These cover a wide range of innovations, including evaporator structural design, selective salt separation processes, and automation control systems. Furthermore, Myande adopts a turnkey project approach to its service delivery, ensuring that every solution is seamlessly implemented from design and engineering to commissioning, maximizing efficiency and reliability for every clients.
Guided by its core strategy of “Innovation-Driven, Together a Better Future”, Myande continuously advances technological iterations and scenario-based applications, driving the wastewater and effluent evaporation industry toward higher efficiency, greener operations, and resource recovery. Looking ahead, with the deepening of China’s dual carbon (“carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”) goals, Myande will continue to focus on energy-efficient evaporation technologies, leveraging innovation to support the global industrial transition to sustainable and green operations.
