In the preperation stage, Myande tailors solutions to the characteristics and processing requirements of different oilseeds, selecting and combining processes such as cleaning, crushing, dehulling, softening/steaming, flaking, expanding, grinding, and pelletizing to deliver customized pretreatment solutions.

For instance, in the crushing process, the MPSG oilseed Cracker, designed specifically for soybeans, cottonseed, and corn features a rail-type bearing housing and PTFE wear-resistant liners. Coupled with a magnetic mechanism at the feeding inlet, the machine provides flexible adjustments while efficiently removing iron impurities from the material, thereby improving the efficiency and uniformity of subsequent flaking operations.

After being processed into high-quality flakes, expanded materials, or press cakes, the oilseeds are sent to the extraction workshop for further processing using Myande’s fifth-generation E-type Extractor. Featuring a modular design, the extractor ensures safety and stability while delivering high extraction efficiency, low solvent consumption, and reduced energy usage. It is compatible with a wide range of oilseeds, including soybeans, rapeseed, cottonseed, and sunflower seed with production capacities ranging from 100 to 10,000 TPD. Verified by experts organized by the China Machinery Industry Federation, the technology has achieved internationally leading standards.

In the final refining stage, Myande has developed Nanocavitation reactors and variable-temperature deodorization systems, which significantly enhance the stability of oil quality while minimizing the impact of high temperatures. These innovations reduce the formation of harmful substances such as trans fatty acids, 3-chloropropanediol esters, and acylglycerol derivatives, thereby substantially improving the overall quality of the oil. Verified by experts from the China Grain and Oil Association, these technologies are likewise recognized as world-class innovations.
