By leveraging the Academician Collaborative Innovation Center for Deep Grain & Oil Processing, which recently recognized as a provincial-level innovation platform through the 2025 Jiangsu Academician and Expert Evaluation, Myande has partnered with Academician Jin Zhengyu’s team to accumulate over 30 years of research expertise in grain and oil food technologies. This collaboration has successfully yielded intelligent production lines with independent intellectual property rights. Furthermore, by integrating digital twin simulations and AI-driven precision control, the company has significantly shortened equipment R&D cycles while enhancing project construction accuracy, setting a new benchmark for efficiency and reliability in the industry.

In the field of oil refining technology, Myande’s equipment has broken through international technical barriers. Its innovative nano-cavitation reactors and variable-temperature deodorization systems reduce harmful substances such as acrylic acid triglycerides and 3-chloropropanol esters in finished oils to near zero, which significantly surpassing EU standards.

The system has been recognized by the China Cereals and Oils Association expert panel as achieving internationally leading technology. It has been successfully applied in multiple domestic and international projects, where it optimizes process parameters to reduce energy consumption, improve oil quality, and enhance operational efficiency, helping oil processing companies cut costs and boost productivity.

In collaboration with Jinan University, Myande is establishing the “China–Malaysia Oil Processing and Safety ‘Belt & Road’ Joint Laboratory for Technology Transfer.” This initiative will focus on addressing technical bottlenecks in palm oil processing across Southeast Asia, providing tailored solutions that not only enhance local production efficiency but also support sustainable development of the Malaysian oil industry through technology transfer and talent cultivation.
