3,000 TPD Soybean Oil Processing Plant in Brazil

A large-scale soybean processing complex in Brazil has been successfully commissioned, marking another major milestone for Myande Group in the South American market. The project includes a 3,000 TPD soybean crushing plant, a 600 TPD enzymatic degumming plant, and an 800 TPD biodiesel plant.

From equipment delivery and installation to achieving full production within just 72 hours, Myande demonstrated its commitment to delivering reliable technologies, efficient project execution, and long-term value for customers.

Full Capacity Achieved in 72 Hours

The facility is equipped with Myande's proprietary technologies and key process equipment, including energy-saving conditioners, crackers, flakers, E-Type Extractors, DTDC, and wet meal conveyors. By integrating energy-saving technologies, negative-pressure drainage systems, emission control, and SBC-based automation, the production line operates at an internationally advanced level.

In addition, the enzymatic degumming process further enhances oil quality and processing efficiency by improving phospholipid removal, reducing chemical consumption, and increasing oil yield. Meanwhile, the SBC intelligent control system enables highly automated operation with minimal manpower requirements, supported by integrated safety management functions and real-time visualization dashboards that provide complete process transparency.

One of the most remarkable achievements of the project was its startup performance. The facility reached full production capacity within just 72 hours after commissioning, which significantly exceeded customer expectations.

"Choosing Myande Was the Right Decision"

The customer is a leading Brazilian agribusiness company with more than 20 years of experience in grain storage, agricultural services, and seed development. In a highly competitive market where customers place strong emphasis on proven technologies and established industry reputations, Myande stood out through its advanced process solutions, reliable performance, and comprehensive project support.

Project execution presented several challenges. Teams in China and Brazil had to work across different time zones, languages, and cultural environments while maintaining close coordination throughout the project. Site conditions added further complexity. Daytime temperatures regularly exceeded 40°C, creating demanding working conditions for installation and commissioning teams. During the rainy season, heavy daily rainfall led to muddy site conditions and increased pressure on the construction schedule. Any startup delay could have resulted in significant commercial losses.

To ensure the project stayed on schedule, Myande's team remained on site throughout the period, working closely with the customer and prioritizing critical milestones. Their dedication, responsiveness, and commitment to customer success went far beyond contractual requirements and left a lasting impression on the customer.

“Choosing Myande was the right decision,” the customer said.
