Recently, certain media outlets have published one-sided reports, conflating the historical dispute cases in which Muyang Group sued Fan Tianming and companies affiliated with FAMSUN with the matter that FAMSUN has now unilaterally claimed to have filed a lawsuit against Myande. This has misled market participants and the public.

In order to set the record straight and clarify the facts, Myande Group hereby issues the following solemn statement:

I. The plaintiffs in the lawsuits involving Muyang Group are Jiangsu Muyang Group Co., Ltd. and Muyang Co., Ltd., while the defendants are Fan Tianming and related companies affiliated with FAMSUN. These series of cases have absolutely no connection with Myande.

II. The following is the list of related cases concerning disputes over liability for damage to company interests, which Muyang Group has filed with the People's Court of Gulou District, Nanjing; the Nanjing Intermediate People's Court; and the Jiangsu High People's Court, and which have been officially docketed and are currently under trial (the following information is based on the parties' statements in the cases):

In all of the above cases, Myande Group is not a party to the proceedings and has neither participated in nor been involved in the disputes between Muyang Group, FAMSUN and Fan Tianming.

Certain media outlets have deliberately bundled these matters together and conflated them, resulting in misleading representations of the facts.

III. Clarifying the Legal Boundaries of FAMSUN's Current Claims

In civil litigation, submitting a complaint and related materials to a court does not mean that the court has formally docketed and accepted the case, nor does it mean that the alleged facts or claims have been established.

FAMSUN has previously set a precedent in this regard: it once submitted litigation materials to the People's Court of Gulou District, Nanjing. However, without completing the formal case registration process, obtaining an official case number, or receiving a notice of acceptance, it recklessly publicized the matter to generate publicity. The court ultimately did not accept the case in accordance with the law.

The so-called compensation claim reported this time likewise originates solely from FAMSUN's unilateral statements. There are no official court documents confirming the formal acceptance of the case, nor is there any effective judicial determination.

Taking advantage of the weekend to exploit the timing gap, FAMSUN has maliciously disseminated the information widely through relevant channels. Myande Group will pursue legal liability against the relevant parties in accordance with the law.

IV. Jiangsu Muyang Group Co., Ltd. and Muyang Co., Ltd. have filed a lawsuit against Fan Tianming and FAMSUN-affiliated companies concerning liability for damage to company interests, seeking compensation of RMB 10 billion.

The Jiangsu High People's Court has officially docketed the case, and Muyang Group has duly paid the litigation fees in accordance with the law.
