On August 26, Jilin Xuxin Oils & Fats Co., Ltd. welcomed Li Qiang, Premier of China, who toured the company’s production facility in Jilin Province and inspected the world’s largest corn oil refining workshop, designed, manufactured, installed, and commissioned by Myande Group. Professor Wang Xingguo of Jiangnan University accompanied the visit and provided technical explanations.
For the Myande commissioning engineers and Xuxin employees working on site, the visit was a proud moment, recognizing the teams’ work on the production floor.
During the visit, Premier Li emphasized the importance of maintaining high standards for food quality and safety and strengthening oversight across the entire food supply chain, from farm to table.

Myande has supplied Jilin Xuxin Oils & Fats with two corn oil refining lines.
The first line, with a capacity of 450 tons per day, began operation at the end of 2023.
The second line, with a capacity of 800 tons per day and a maximum capacity of 1,000 tons per day, started production on August 18, 2026. It produced its first oil on the same day, with the finished product meeting quality standards immediately.
The new line came online during the peak production season, providing Xuxin with additional capacity to respond to strong market demand and fulfill orders more efficiently.

The new refining line was designed around three key priorities: product quality, production efficiency, and lower energy and resource consumption.
Myande integrated several advanced technologies into the project, including cold refining, nano-cavitation, temperature-variable deodorization, and intelligent process control.
Together, these technologies help optimize the refining process, improve energy and material efficiency, and maintain consistent product quality. The result is a highly automated production system designed to support stable, efficient, and more sustainable corn oil refining at large scale.

Premier Li’s visit also highlighted the engineering and manufacturing capabilities behind the facility, as well as the close collaboration between Xuxin and Myande from design and equipment manufacturing through installation, commissioning, and production.
For Xuxin, the new refining line represents a major expansion of production capacity while maintaining a strong focus on food quality and safety.
For Myande, the project demonstrates the application of advanced refining technology and intelligent manufacturing in large-scale edible oil production.
For the engineers and production teams working on site, Premier Li’s visit was a particularly proud moment. It brought recognition to the people behind the facility and the years of technical work that went into bringing the project from design to operation.
Myande will continue to develop advanced processing technologies and intelligent manufacturing solutions, working closely with customers to improve production efficiency, product quality, and operational performance across the global oils and fats industry.
