Recently, Myande successfully completed the commissioning of Maple Grain & Oil’s 3,000TPD rapeseed and soybean project (phase II), which is the largest rapeseed crushing line in Asia.
The complete commissioning process, starting from seed cleaning, through conditioning, flaking, cooking, pressing and extraction, up to yielding qualified oil and meal, took merely 8 hours! The speed and efficiency of this successful commissioning created a new record in Myande’s experience in undertaking rapeseeds crushing projects.
Since the start-up, the complete crushing line has been run stably. Mr. Zhang, Project Director of Maple Grain and Oil, speaks highly of the quality of Myande’s equipment and engineering services. As an endorsement to this effect, Mr. Zhang wrote eight Chinese characters, which means “sincere cooperation ensures mutual development”, a piece of masterly calligraphy work, as a gift to Myande.
This project is located in the grain and oil industrial park of Fangchenggang seaport area. During the implementation of the project, in order to better meet ever-changing market demands, Maple Grain & Oil revised the original project scale from “3,000TPD rapeseed crushing line” to 3,000TPD rapeseed and soybean crushing line”. After ample communication and taking into full consideration of characteristics of rapeseed and soybean, Myande came up with a highly innovative process design featuring dual functioning equipment, optimized equipment layout, effective use of plant space, and minimized project investment.
With the successful launch of this new crushing line, Maple Grain & Oil’s rapeseed crushing capacity reaches 5,000TPD. Furthermore, with this dual-seed crushing line, Maple will be able to adjust its operation more flexibly in response to changing market needs and to maximize its operational efficiency.
