Myande Attends the 7th Meeting of the China-Kazakhstan Entrepreneurs Committee

The 24th Meeting of the SCO Council of Heads of State (SCO Summit) was held on 02 July 2024 in Astana.

On the afternoon of the 2nd, one of the key event on the agenda at the SCO summit, the 7th Meeting of the China-Kazakhstan Entrepreneurs Committee, took place at Astana Congress Center. Mr. Roman Sklyar, Kazakhstan First Deputy Prime Minister, delivered a speech. Over 500 representatives from Chinese and Kazakh business circles attended the meeting. Myande President Mr. Rong Zhen and Vice President Mr. Li Xudong were invited to attend the meeting and signed relevant cooperation agreements.

During the meeting, Mr. Rong Zhen was interviewed by China Global Television Network (CGTN). He stated that Myande closely follows the national “Belt and Road” initiative and has successfully completed and handed-over more than 1,000 sets of plant equipment in oils & fats, starch and derivatives, fermentation, and new energy industries in more than 80 countries and regions, including Kazakhstan. This not only earned international acclaim for Chinese brands but also fully demonstrated the technological innovation strength and competitiveness of Chinese enterprises. As a "national-level manufacturing single champion enterprise" Myande aims not only to lead the industry but also to effectively ensure local grain and oil security and stability.

Looking ahead, Myande will steadily implement its differentiated marketing and product strategies to meet the localized needs of international markets, to enhance its presence in the domestic markets, to grow stronger overseas, and accelerate its globalization process. China-Kazakhstan Entrepreneurs Committee

On September 7, 2013, under the witness of President Xi Jinping, the China-Kazakhstan Entrepreneurs Committee was established. 
President Xi said the China-Kazakhstan Entrepreneurs Committee is the first bilateral business cooperation mechanism China set up with a Central Asian country, which testifies to the high level of pragmatic cooperation between the two countries as well as their business sectors' eagerness to deepen cooperation. He called on the committee to devise new cooperation concepts and modes to meet the new circumstances and characteristics of China-Kazakhstan cooperation, encourage more companies of both sides to participate in the bilateral cooperation and facilitate the implementation of agreed major projects. He also encouraged the committee to come up with a package of new projects in such fields as interconnection, agriculture, high-tech and clean and new energy, so as to further the development of China-Kazakhstan cooperation both in scale and on level.
