Begin with the end

Recently, the 18th Myande Skills Competition was officially kicked off. Based on employees’ roles and responsibilities, the annual skill competition is aimed at improving the quality of all employees, intensifying Myande's quality concept of "quality creates the future" thoroughly, strengthening and improving skills of front-line employees, and building a high-quality talent team with ingenuity to create high-quality mechanical products.

The theme of the competition is "beginning with the end", that is, to be guided by the result and to decompose step-by-step and benchmark the work process. All work must be accompanied by goals, all goals must be accompanied by plans, all plans must be accompanied by schemes, all schemes must be inspected, and all inspections must bring results. The manufacturing center should take the future talent demand as the goal, plan out the abilities and qualities that the employees need, and with this principle, to guide the employees’ development and training direction, to guide the front-line employees to work based on their own skills, then study new technologies, master new skills and compete for excellent achievements.

Contestants coming from 32 work centers in 11 workshops competed in practice according to the procedures of riveting, welding, machining, surface treatment, cutting and inspection.
