Myande's hled the 21st Manufacturing Technician Skills Competition

From December 19th to 25th, 2024, the annual Myande Manufacturing Technician Skills Competition was held as scheduled. The skills competition is divided into two parts: theoretical examination and practical examination. More than 600 employees from 12 workshops participated in the competition and competing for a total of 87 awards.

This competition is themed as "Science and Technology Driven". It focuses on the company’s core manufacturing activities with smart/automatic operation as its major orientation aimed at leading front-line technicians to shift from traditional manual operation to intelligent automation operation.
Myande carries out regular skills training activities with competitions as an effective tool to promote learning, training, and strengthening skills of front-line employees.
