Landed in England: Myande Drying & Cooling Technology Applied Successfully in Rumen Bypass Protein Production Line

Recently, one DC (drying & cooling) system (hereinafter referred to as “DC system”) supplied by Myande Group to a British customer was successfully put into operation, meeting all production targets and technical indicators listed in the contract. This success story marks the first time that the DC system is incorporated in rumen bypass protein production facilities, and shows a strong promising indication that the DC technology will solve one chronical technical problem in rumen feed production.

Located in the heart of England, the customer focus on pressing rapeseed from locally grown farms to producing meal for rumen protein feed that was exported to major European countries.

In the production process, the need to retain nutrients of rape seeds poses special technical requirements and considerations. The DC system specially designed by Myande for this application allows for well-controlled environment that ensures desirable final product parameters, such as moisture and temperature.
