Myande held the 2024 "Chunhui" employee’s Children's Education Award Ceremony

On August 22th, Myande held the 2024 "Spring Sunshine" Education Award Ceremony to award prize to company employees' children who passed the 2024 college entrance examination and entered universities, opening a new chapter in their lives.

The "Spring Sunshine" Award was set up to gives incentive to the children of Myande employees admitted to universities and to encourage them to maintain their thirst for knowledge and passion for exploration, and to continue their university study and life with full enthusiasm and high morale.

A representative of prize winners' parent commented that "Spring Sunshine” Award intensifies employees’ awareness of the love and warmth of the corporate family. She thanked the company for its care and support for their children. The sense of ceremony and rewards on the scene not only enhanced their children's self-confidence, but also made themselves feel proud as parents.

New employee representatives who joined Myande after graduating from university in 2024 are invited to share their tips on successive university life from the perspective of former college students and to encourage these new university colleagues to learn to integrate resources, broaden their horizons, maintain an enterprising spirit, and constantly pursue excellence during their college life.

"Spring Sunshine" Education Award is one of Myande's many employee benefits. Since its implementation in 2010, nearly 100 students have received the award. By this type of award mechanism, Myande hopes to encourage more employees' children to pursue excellence and enhance Myande’s employees' sense of belonging and cohesion to the company.
