Myande E-type Extractor Won the First Prize of Science and Technology Award of CCOA

Recently, China Food and Grain Strategic Reserves Administration announced the list of winning projects for the 2023 China Cereals and Oils Association Science and Technology Award. The "Large Intelligent Oilseed E-type Extraction Equipment R&D and Industrialization Project" jointly submitted by Myande Group, Jiangnan University, and Hainan Ausca International Grain and Oil Co., Ltd. won the first prize.

01 Innovation and technology leadership
The large-scale intelligent E-type extractor with independent intellectual property rights is the core key equipment in edible oil production process. It has 3 invention patents, 16 utility model patents, 2 appearance patents, and 2 software copyrights.

◆ The innovative use of integrated modular structure significantly improves equipment manufacturing accuracy and quality, making transportation convenient and fast.
◆ The first four-motor dual-axis hydraulic distributed power drive design concept, effectively improving the chain safety factor to ensure long-term safe operation of the equipment.
◆ The intelligent active maintenance control system realizes real-time online monitoring and regulation of process parameters and equipment life cycle management, eliminating hidden dangers of accidents caused by human operations.
◆ Residual solvent in the discharged wet meal, residual oil in the meal, steam consumption and power consumption are significantly reduced, which is recognized by the China Machinery Industry Federation as being at the leading international level.

Myande E-type extractor has been used in many large-scale edible oil extraction lines with a daily processing capacity of more than 5,000 tons, and has been exported to many "Belt and Road" countries such as Central Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Eastern Europe, enabling domestic edible oil equipment to quickly seize the international market. And it has brought safe and healthy edible oils to the local people.
