Myande Held Annual Technician Skills Competition

In order to raise floor workers’ skills, improve product quality, raise the on-time delivery rate, and enhance the sense of responsibility among all employees, Myande recently held annual technician skills competition.

This competition includes welding, riveting, assembling, and machining etc. Welding competition involved plate-plate connection, tube-plate connection, and tube-tube connection. Riveter competition involved fabrication of eccentric reducer tubes. Assembling competition included is the assembly of flaker, cracker, scraper, screw conveyor, etc.

Machining competition includes mixer shaft, feeding shaft and other products. All the competition items are for daily manufactured product and form. The purpose of this competition is to encourage floor workers to improve operation skill, and enhance affirmation and recognition of staff skills and expertise.
