Traditional refining methods often involve high chemical consumption, energy use, and the risk of generating unwanted by-products during processing.
To improve both efficiency and oil quality, Myande has spent years developing smarter refining technologies that focus on cleaner production and more precise process control.
One of our key innovations is the Nano Cavitation Reaction System. By using nanoscale physical cavitation technology, the system enables faster and more efficient reactions during refining, helping reduce chemical usage while improving overall process performance.
In practical applications, the technology has achieved:
🔸 Up to 60% reduction in acid usage
🔸 More than 20% reduction in alkali consumption
🔸 Glycidyl esters in deodorized oil are reduced by more than 0.3 mg/kg

Myande has also developed its Dual Carbon Variable Temperature Deodorization System, designed to better control the formation of harmful substances such as trans fatty acids, 3-MCPD esters, and glycidyl esters during high-temperature processing.
With more accurate temperature and vacuum control, the system helps producers meet increasingly strict international food safety standards while maintaining stable oil quality.
What is Dual Carbon?
Dual Carbon" refers to China's national strategic aim to achieving peak carbon dioxide emissions before 2030 ("carbon peak") and carbon neutrality by 2060. This strategy emphasizes reforming energy systems, reducing reliance on fossil fuels, and applying green technical advances to foster low-carbon economic development.
Sustainability, energy efficiency, and environmental responsibility are becoming important in modern edible oil production.
We integrate multiple green technologies into our refining systems, including dry freezing condensation vacuum systems and water recycling solutions, helping customers reduce energy consumption and optimize resource usage throughout production.
