Louis Dreyfus' Largest Oilseeds Crushing Line in Asia Pacific Constructed by Myande Successfully Put Into Operation

On September 27th, Guangzhou Fuling Food Science and Technology Industrial Park, jointly invested by Louis Dreyfus Group, Dongling Holding Group and Guangdong Haida Group, held its grand opening ceremony, announcing the official completion of the first phase of the project. Leaders from relevant departments of Guangzhou municipal government and high-level investors from around the world attended the opening ceremony.

As one of the world's four largest grain traders, Louis Dreyfus has high and strict requirements for plant construction, process and equipment quality and safety. After a comprehensive investigation and evaluation, Louis Dreyfus selected Myande as its partner to construct the largest oilseeds crushing line by Louis Dreyfus Group in the Asia-Pacific region. With full cooperation and joint efforts of both sides, the 6000t/d crushing line started smoothly at 8:45 am on September 26th, and the meals were produced at 7:18 pm; All the product indicators meet the market demand.

The crushing line is designed, manufactured, supplied and installed by Myande. The project incorporates Myande's core equipment with independent intellectual property, including E-type extractor, DTDC, flaker and conditioner; adopting intelligent and energy-saving technology, negative pressure draining process and exhaust gas treatment system to ensure that the whole production line reaches the international leading level in terms of product quality, system safety, low-carbon emission reduction, etc.

At the same time, the crushing line fully applies with requirements of Louis Dreyfus for safety and intelligent control, adopts the international advanced safety control system and process control system, and strictly controls all the risk points of the workshop according to the NFPA standards, so that the entire production line can achieve stable, efficient and automatic operation under the premise of ensuring safety.

The smooth implementation of this project marks a new stage of cooperation between Myande and international giants, and the level of China's oils & fats manufacturing equipment is gradually recognized by international giant enterprises.
