The production line has achieved 700 days of stable operation after startup, processing approximately 2.8 million tons of soybeans, setting up a new milestone of 110 days of continuous full-capacity production without any unplanned shutdown. This remarkable achievement comes from the 960,000-ton-per-year intelligent oilseed crushing plant designed and supplied by Myande Group for Louis Dreyfus Company (Zhangjiagang). With exceptional equipment quality, advanced process technology, intelligent control systems, and excellent production management, this project has set a new benchmark for the grain and oil processing industry.

Building a Benchmark for Smart Oilseed Processing

In February 2021, Myande started to undertake this turnkey project for Louis Dreyfus Company covering process design, equipment manufacturing, automation control, installation, and commissioning, and have delivered a modern demonstration plant featuring end-to-end transparent management and real-time monitoring capabilities across all production phases.

Throughout the project execution cycle, Myande collaborated intensively with the Louis Dreyfus to repeatedly refine and optimize process configurations and intelligent control systems while enforcing stringent standards for process safety, equipment fabrication, and on-site construction. Despite challenges including recurring pandemic disruptions and extreme weather conditions, the project culminated in the successful commissioning of a technologically advanced, reliable, and energy-efficient edible oil processing plant.

The outstanding performance of this plant is built upon Myande's high-quality equipment. The production line incorporates several core technologies developed and patented by Myande, including the E-type extractor, DTDC, Oilseed Flaker, Vertical Seed Conditioner, and Wet Meal Drag Conveyor. Each components operate with high stability, ensuring reliable and safe performance. Myande also integrated multiple advanced technologies, such as Energy-Saving Solutions, Negative Pressure Draining Systems, Tail Gas Treatment Technology, and Intelligent Process Safety Mechanisms, ensuring the entire production line achieves international leading standards in product quality, system safety, and low-carbon emission.

02. Advanced Intelligent Control System

To achieve seamless automation, Myande equipped the facility with a large-scale Distributed Control System (DCS), integrated with Myande's proprietary 'MyPOS' intelligent process control software, complemented by an independent Safety Instrumented System (SIS) and multiple Critical Safety Devices (CSDs). This combination enables fully automated operations with multi-layer safety protection, ensuring long-term stable and secure performance.

The production line also extensively utilizes Myande's proprietary Energy-Saving Technologies to align with China's "Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality" strategy. Through intelligent optimization of key control points, the system reduces energy consumption, enhances operational reliability, and keeps product quality and efficiency at the forefront of the industry.
