Site Manager, Lead the site construction activities, providing ongoing leadership and guidance to the construction management team and construction contractors and ensuring all construction best practices are followed.

• Accountable for construction quality and delivery of the facility according to design requirements.

• Responsible for all safety-related construction issues and for setting up the required safety orientation training programs. Provides safety coaching, counseling, and mentoring as appropriate.

• Monitor integrated schedule during the life of the project and guide on corrective actions to be taken as required.

• Work with site construction management team to identify any issues during construction and report back to project manager.

• Hold site regular construction meetings (weekly/monthly) to review all aspects of the construction and installation activities since the last meeting, and maintain and update three-week rolling plan.

• Develop detailed planning and progress reporting (including KPIs) and execute / report on regular basis.

✓ Diploma or Degree in Chemical engineering, Chemical machinery, Oils & fats processing, Food science, or other relevant disciplines.

✓ Proven track record of 8-10+ years of relevant working experience on-site.

✓ Experience in technical upgrade / new construction projects.

✓ Good command of Chinese & English.

✓ Willing to work outside normal office hours occasionally according to project needs on site.

✓ Grain & oilseeds processing project experience is preferred.
